それぞれ、1行目に主語、2行目に動詞以下の後続要素という形になっていて、主語の部分” She”と” The trace of pleasure or regret”を強調しようとしていることが分かります。
両方とも動詞には助動詞mayがついています。mayの原義は「あってもよい」くらいでcanほど断定的ではありません。彼女に対する想いは強いが、“自分と彼女が釣り合うのか”と少し自信を持ち切れていない様子がうかがえます。

ここは主語がすべてSheとなっていて、may以下の後続要素が2つあります。 May be the song that summer singsの部分で彼女の温かさを表現する一方で、May be the chill that autumn bringsの部分は、夏から少しづつ秋に変わっていくときの寒さを表現しています。秋の部分の表現は“the chill that autumn brings”と、直訳すれば「秋が持ってくる冷たさ」となっていて、夏の温かさの中に割り込んでくる冷たさ、のような表現とも受け取れます。
後半では、いくつもの面を見せてくれると表現した後で、それがたった一日の中だとうたっています。within the measure of a dayという表現は、“measure”という“測ってみると一日”というニュアンスを出していて、実際の体感ではもっと長く感じているんだということも表現していると考えられます。

2行目の“in a stream”という表現は、水の流れに映るというのが訳になります。でも、ここでは時間の流れも表現していると思います。ただ、OEDで調べてもstream自体に「時間の流れ」の意味はなさそうなので、訳の上では水の流れとなります。
She may not be what she may seemは現実と見た目の違いの表現としてよくある表現ですね。she(彼女)はwhat she may seem(彼女がそう見えるもの)とは違う、という表現です。

最後のNo one’s allowed to see them when they cryでは、no oneを主語にすることで“誰も”を強調する意味もあり、また音楽に合わせるという意味もあると思います。

最後のthe oneのtheは「これぞ」というニュアンスを出しています。
